YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL
You may cancel your order once accepted by us up to the point of dispatch.
In the event you do cancel your order you will be refunded within 5 working days.
RETURNS POLICY
If you are not entirely delighted with the items that you have ordered you may
return them to us within 10 days of receipt. We will be happy to make an
exchange or, at our option, a refund provided that the products are returned
complete, in perfect condition, unused, and with the original and completed tags
on the product.
MAKING RETURNS
For all returns, except where the item is faulty, you will be required to arrange
and pay for the return of the product. To return any product please complete
the reverse side of the invoice in handwriting stating the reason, and
clearly indicate whether you would like a refund or exchange. Please feel
free to contact us by telephone to discuss any aspect of your order on telephone:
to discuss your requirements for an exchange so that we may ensure we have a
replacement. Pack the invoice and return to:

When returning items you are strongly recommended to obtain proof of posting.
We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. We will refund the costs
of postage where the item is faulty.
