PLACING AN ORDER  
By placing an order with us you will be deemed to have read, understood
and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.   If you should have a query

These Terms & Conditions and your use of our website are governed by
English law and you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the
English court.   This does not affect your non-excludable statutory rights.
A Contract between the customer and Jean Market Ltd trading as JeanzUnltd.com

for the sale of our products will only exist once an order has been accepted, processed

and dispatched (at which point the buyers credit/debit card will be charged for
the value of the goods), does not affect the customer’s statutory rights. 
Availability of goods is subject to change without notice.   This means that if an
order is confirmed and in the unfortunate event that an item or items ordered is
out of stock, then an immediate refund of the item or items will be made.   We
shall endeavour to contact the customer to offer a similar alternative. 

DELIVERY
Most items will be posted using Royal Mail Recorded Delivery service.   
(Smaller items may be posted using Royal Mail First Class).   
Cost £3.95 per delivery address.   Orders will be dispatched on the same
day orders are received before 2 pm Mon-Fri.   Orders will be dispatched
on the next working day for orders received after 2 pm and weekends.   
Recorded Delivery will require a signature for proof of receipt.
