Quiksilver- Bleached Out Colours
Wednesday, January 27th, 2010Far from the stressful city, take a one way ticket to peace and tranquility.
For Summer 2010, Quiksilver has dipped into the natural world’s very own treasure chest, to come up with a collection of soothing colours at one with mother nature.
Light and supple fabrics in cotton, organic cotton and voile look tanned by the sun and sea, rumpled by the wind.
Gingham check and floral prints come in multi or two tone versions, bleached and faded by the elements.
A palette of watercolours with coral, straw, mauve, blue and shades of water green, all gentle, soothing tones….pure and simple.
Denim gets treatment too, with Quiksilver giving its salt water denim finish a new update. Soaked in brine, dried in the wind, gilded by the sun, Quiksilver has gone back to the surf camp style.
